Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Duration & Charges
Standard delivery time ranges between 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and package weight.
We currently ship across India and may expand to international shipping in the future.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking details.
You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our courier partner’s website.
4. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistics issues.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept the delivery and report the issue to us immediately.
