At Buddy Gadget, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, our Refund & Return Policy outlines the steps for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:

    • You received a defective or damaged item.

    • You received the wrong product.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email support@buddygadget.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product if applicable.

  • Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide instructions for self-shipping (if applicable).

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return and place a new order for the desired product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Returns for hygiene-sensitive items like earphone cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them if they have not been dispatched.

  • If the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can initiate a return after receiving it.
